Reach-In are commonly Solid-Door, Stainless Steel full-height Refrigerators or Freezers that are intended for "Back of the House" where most often there is heat-generating cooking equipment in the vicinity.  The Solid Door construction takes advantage of insulation that Glass Door Merchandisers do not have, keeping contents fresher longer and reducing electricity consumption.
